КРИТЕРІЇ ТА ПОКАЗНИКИ ОЦІНКИ ЯКОСТІ ПІДГОТОВКИ ФАХІВЦІВ З ЕКОЛОГІЇ

Анотація

У статті розглянуто та проаналізовано компоненти Стандарту вищої освіти за спеціальністю 101 «Екологія», галузі знань 10 «Природничі науки» для першого рівня вищої освіти. Також проаналізовано складові освітньо-професійної програми «Екологія» та вивчено запити суб’єктів господарювання. Метою статті є науково-теоретичне обґрунтування та встановлення критеріїв і показників оцінки якості підготовки фахівців з екології. У процесі дослідження було використано такі наукові методи, як інтерв’ювання, анкетування, аналіз, узагальнення. Виокремлено критерії та показники оцінки якості фахової екологічної освіти з урахуванням вимог Стандарту вищої освіти, професійних запитів суб’єктів господарювання та сучасних вимог на ринку праці.

The article considers and analyzes the components of the Standard of higher education for the specialty 101 "Ecology", the branch of knowledge 10 "Natural Sciences" for the first level of higher education. The components of the educational and professional program of specialty 101 "Ecology" are also analyzed. The requests of business entities were studied. The purpose of the article is to provide scientific and theoretical justification and establish criteria and indicators for assessing the quality of environmental specialists training. The task is to analyze the standard of higher education in the specialty 101 "Ecology" and the educational and professional program, as well as to study the professional needs of business entities.  In the process of research, such scientific methods as interviewing, questioning, analysis, and generalization were used. The analysis of interviewing managers of industrial enterprises showed that the most important skills for environmental specialists are monitoring compliance with legislation, cooperation in environmental expertise, development of resource-saving technologies, identification and assessment of environmental risks. The survey of students of future environmental specialists showed that it is important to update the level of development of professional competencies in the direction of understanding their own role as environmental specialists in society. A significant part of students want to study independently, to learn throughout their lives, not to stop, to search for sources of information and ways to solve non-standard situations on their own. But there are structural shortcomings with insufficient practical experience and incomplete understanding of their functional role in the process of performing official duties in accordance with a certain type of activity of an industrial enterprise for the industry. Criteria and indicators for assessing the quality of professional environmental education are highlighted, taking into account the professional needs of business entities and modern requirements in the labor market.
