Organizational and pedagogical conditions for formation of professional competencies of qualifi ed workers in the fi eld of maintenance restorations

The theoretical approaches to determining the organizational and pedagogical preconditions for the formation of workers’ professional competencies are analyzed in the article. It refers to the fi eld of maintenance of renewable energy systems. Scientifi c and pedagogical sources on the training of skilled workers in the system of technical and vocational education and trainings (TVET), competency-oriented technologies of vocational training are considered. The Polish experience in the implementation of technical and vocational trainings in individual modules of renewable energy sources has been studied.
The novelty of this article is a detailed analysis of the results of the all-Ukrainian experiment on “Professional training of skilled workers in the fi eld of maintenance of renewable solar and thermal energy systems”. It was done at the State Educational Institution “Kyiv Vocational College with enhanced military and physical training”. As a part of the experiment, a draft TVET
qualifi cation description of the profession and a draft standard in the profession “Master of installation and maintenance of renewable energy systems” was developed. It is done in accordance with the modular competence approach. The institution was provided with tools, visual demonstration materials and educational and methodological materials.
The author of the article emphasizes the urgency of training specialists to work with means and equipment of renewable energy. The organizational and pedagogical preconditions that ensure the formation of workers’ professional competencies for the sphere of renewable solar and thermal energy systems maintenance are determined. The article will be of interest to scientists who deal with the formation of professional competencies of future workers, new teaching methods and explore trends in modern education.
