Main aspects of synergetic theory of pedagogical action

Since the traditional model of the educational process (subject - subject / subject - object) is a linear entity and corresponds to the real state of things only in the theoretical approximation, since any real process, as synergetics teaches us, is nonlinear / integral entiry, so extremely relevant is the analysis of the educational process from the standpoint of non-linear methodology, which allows to identify the main aspects of the non-linear / synergetic theory of pedagogical action. Thus, the article considers the main aspects of synergetic theory of pedagogical action being related to certain psychological, pedagogical and other synergetic factors, which are reflected in such aspects as: the phenomenon of sensitive phases of human development, universal paradigm of development (heterochrony principle of the development of living systems, the theory of gradual formation of mental actions), suggestopedic concept of education (hypnopedia, suggestopedia, relaxation, rhythmic pedagogy), phase states of the psyche («explosion» method), pedagogical synergetics (synergetic effect of system integrity, the methods of «reference signals», «talent is the sum of talents», the system of mutual learning of the participants in educational process, the method of eurythmy, the principles of gestalt education (globalization, pedagogical integration, fundamentalization of knowledge, the methods of aggregation of didactic units), the methods of infanthelization, the methods of pedagogical conflict resolution, based on the concept of functional asymmetry of the hemispheres of the brain of the participants in the educational process. the model of using temporary management self-management target teams, based on the system-cybernetic aspects of social systems management (the leading factor in the system is the most mobile and flexible element of this system) has been developed. A psycho-mental, behavioral-emotional scenario of human development in onto- and phylogeny has been developed. The the system of pedagogical action / influence in the context of the concept of functional asymmetry of the cerebral hemispheres has been developed. The algorithms of both effective (harmonious) pedagogical action and creation of harmonious (ingenious) works of art – visual, auditory, pictorial, expressive – are formulated.
