Ability to pedagogical design as a prerequisite for successful personal - professional self-realization

The article highlights the results of understanding the problem of the ability of the future specialist to pedagogical design in the context of the deployment of the position of modern psychological and pedagogical science regarding the interpretation that the concept of personality is wider than the concept of profession. Based on the constructiveness of the competence scientific approach, the self-worth of the ability of the applicant for higher education to pedagogical design is confirmed. The advantages of designing as a category of «transformative activity» are stated, the results of the analysis, conducted fundamental studies devoted to the study of the basic characteristics of pedagogical design are outlined. Some results of the conducted local research on, in particular, the most significant difficulties experienced by undergraduates in the process of implementing pedagogical design, in the context of the success of personal - professional self-realization, are presented. On this basis, the pedagogical expediency is reasoned to consider the readiness of the future specialist for project activity not as an end in itself, but in the relationship, interdependence and interdependence with such personal and professional qualities that are projected on the ability to actualization itself and positively affect the formation of professional subjectivity. The outlined plane of the problem raised is studied in the staged plan, because the established scientific fund only reflects individual scientific explorations. The expediency of the specified content of the research problem is proved to be preserved precisely according to the logic of training applicants for higher education, that is, according to the educational degrees «bachelor - master - doctor of philosophy»; this is important in view of the results of self-reflection of the acquired experience of teaching in higher education and the unsurpassed importance of continuity in ensuring the prerequisites for the success of personal and professional self-realization.
