Abstract

The article actualizes the problem of formation of appropriate moral qualities, aesthetic tastes, behavior of children and youth under the influence of information and communication means (television, internet, mobile phones), which are uncontrolled to promote Elements of violence, cruelty and aggression, resulting in a gap between the cultural goals of society and socially approved means of achievement, which affects the formation of deviant behavior of the younger generation. In addition, the article introduces the negative aspects of using the on-line Internet network and their consequences. The authors of the article revealed modern methods of work aimed at the safety of life of pupils, students on implementation of positive, social experience of life of personality, formation of norms of ethics, usage of information Means of communication in the educational space, promotion of pupils, students of knowledge about the rules of safe use of the Internet. The moral and legal education of children and youth paid attention to, because the person, who has formed legal views and beliefs, not only understands their truth, but also is ready to act in accordance with the requirements of laws. The task of educational work on counteraction to such phenomenon as violence is defined. Underlined the role of higher education institutions on implementation in the educational process of preparing future educators regarding the safe use of ICT. In addition, the article presents methods of organizational and practical work of educational institutions of the system of education on the formation of the pedagogical culture of parents, with a view to positive influence of the family on the formation of children and youth behavior.
