The program of formation of professional and value orientations of students of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions

The article presents the results of a theoretical study of the process of formation of professional and value orientations. The concept of «professional-valuable orientation of young students» is defined and their role is analyzed in those assigned to a profession that has reached a high level of professionalism. It is clear that the formed system of professional values in particular becomes a stimulus for the self-development of young students, allows them to be confidently positioned in their professional activities, and serves as the basis for adaptation and to the minds of the market, activity, activity and creativity, and the improvement of work activity.
Based on theoretical research, we determined the pedagogical minds of the formation of professional-value orientations of young students using the methods of implementation of which the program «Formation of Professional Values» was developed «The latest orientations for educational professionals in the fields of professional education». The program transfers systematic and direct injection to the molding of professional and valuable orientations during the initial work and is directed to the awareness of academics and the values of professional and individual their values, their types, the main ways of their formation and development. The program includes ten sessions of social and psychological training. The article identifies its structure and organizational integrity, which is ensured by a complex of technologies.
