Abstract

The article outlines the prospects for the digitalization of the educational process, which involve the transformation of the content, methods and organizational forms of education in order to ensure the quality and accessibility of education, strengthening the individualization and differentiation of education in the new Ukrainian school. The topicality of the topic is due to the change in approaches to the organization of training in the conditions of education reform. The analysis of literary sources proved that the problem of integrating digital technologies into the educational process of a modern school requires a more detailed study. The advantages of digitalization of the educational process are determined, in particular, increasing the motivation of students, individualizing learning, and developing digital literacy. It was found that the use of information and communication technologies makes education more flexible, allows creating individual educational trajectories of education seekers, taking into account their personal needs and interests, which contributes to increasing the effectiveness of educational interaction. Challenges related to the technical support of schools and the readiness of teachers to use digital technologies in their professional activities were analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the importance of methodological support for teaching staff, conducting practical classes and trainings for the purpose of developing their digital competence. Special attention is paid to the conditions for creating a safe digital educational environment. The conclusion emphasizes that the success of digitization depends on the creation of an appropriate infrastructure, the development of quality digital resources, the training of teaching staff and the active involvement of students in the creation of digital content. Digitization of the educational process in the new Ukrainian school opens wide opportunities for improving the quality of education and development of students. The main directions of further scientific research are determined, in particular, the search for effective ways of digitalization as a set of tools that optimize learning and ensure personalization of education.
