УДК 377.091:378.4(477:4) Introduction of innovative teaching methods as a basis for forming professional competencies of future teachers in educational process

Abstract

The article provides different classifications of forms and methods of implementation of the educational process, previously documented the theoretical basics of the readiness of future teachers to use innovative pedagogical technologies in professional activities. It was found that the use of innovative pedagogical technologies in the educational process is one of the components of the general system for the formation of key competencies of students. It is noted that the readiness of students of higher education institutions pedagogical direction for professional activity combines competence and professionalism, i.e. teaching, knowledge, motivation, instruction and experience. These competencies acquire innovative properties that provide an opportunity to effectively organize educational activities and influence the formation of a creative person. We have also outlined the totality of general requirements for the teacher from the position of competence approach.
The article presents the results of research on the use of modern forms and methods in the educational process of higher education institutions. Analysis of the results of the study showed that during the educational process teacher‟s use varying degrees of modern learning technologies by giving preference
to interactive. Among the more effective methods of training are practical, and to intensify students, they often use: creative tasks, training discussions, work in small groups, a business game, audiovisual and problem-searching methods. An insufficient level of use in the educational process of electronic training means, namely: Computer trainers, Virtual Laboratory, electronic laboratory workshops, etc., which significantly help to increase as a theoretical level Knowledge and practical skills of students. We analyses the innovative processes that take place in higher education institutions of Ukraine and the specifics of innovations.
