УДК 378:373.31+372.874 Methodological Bases of Pedagogical Preparation of Future Primary Education Teachers in the Context of the Ideas of the New Ukrainian School

The article deals with the scientific approaches to the future specialists training in the field of
elementary education. The author carries out the analysis of philosophical, psychological, pedagogical,
methodical literature, the study of domestic and foreign pedagogical experience, program documents,
methodological materials of higher pedagogical educational establishments and special literature on the
issue of the future specialists training in the field of elementary education.
The article analyzes the job profile diagram and the code of professional ethics for a teacher. It has
been shown that vocational pedagogical and individual psychological tendencies play a leading role in the
training of the future teacher. The author reveals the main peculiarities of prospective primary school
teachers' subject-transformative competence formation.
It gives a detailed analysis of the theoretical and methodological aspects of аxiological, cultural,
synergistic, system, subject-based, competent approaches to prospective primary school teacher's training.
The methodology of the systematic approach is presented in the study. Сompetence approach
isolated. Іt is the basis for the development of scientific and methodological support for the process of
training future primary school teachers in the context of the ideas of the New Ukrainian School.
The author considers the competence approach, which involves the development of a number of
basic, key, specialized competences. The toolkit of the system of preparation of the future elementary school
teacher for forming the subject-transforming competence of students is presented in the article.
The conclusions of the study and the prospects for further exploration in a certain direction are
presented in the article.
