Abstract

The article presents the study of the peculiarities of planning the educational process in the pedagogical college. The attention is focused on the specific organization of practical activity of students in chemistry classes. It has been found out that in the Teachers College the educational process in chemistry covers lectures and practical classes, independent work of students, educational activities, pedagogical practice. Regarding the activity of the teacher, it aims to comprehensively solving the problems of general education of students in chemistry, to establish relationships between students and between the teacher and students necessary for the effective course of the pedagogical process, to activate the cognitive activity of individual students and group subjects of teaching. The pedagogical norms, the observance of which allows to construct the pedagogical process are defined: scientifically ground planning, organization of activity of subjects of the pedagogical process, coordination of efforts of participants of educational activity, stimulation, operational control and accounting. It has been found out that the planning of the pedagogical process in chemistry in college presupposes the availability of curricula for the preparation of students of pedagogical specialties in educational and professional programs “professional junior bachelor”, “junior bachelor” and “bachelor”. On the basis of these, a schedule of classes is prepared, indicating the hours for studying chemistry, science, methods of teaching science, annual planning by the teacher of the educational process in the form of a work program and calendar-thematic plan, thematic planning of chemistry training and plans for conducting separate educational classes. The scientific achievements of researcher Yaroshenko O.G., her author's educational and methodological support for realization of the theory of group educational activity (textbooks, workbooks with printed basis, exercise books for practical works and thematic control of knowledge, task collections, tests, compact manuals, etc.) are analyzed. The focus is on analyzing the content and structure of an integrated course in “Chemistry with Fundamentals of Biology”, which is taught by college students. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the basic rules of designing the pedagogical process in college. The goals were achieved through the implementation of the tasks, which provide for the analysis and consistent disclosure of the features of planning of mastering the chemistry course by students, the specific practical activities of students during the various types of classroom.
