One of the most important and promising areas of development of work with gifted youth is the creation of conditions and motivation for intellectual and knowledge-intensive activities of gifted young people. – Creation of specialized (multidisciplinary) residential educational institutions in the regions to develop the abilities and talents of rural children.
– Determination of scientifically based general criteria for selecting children to study in institutions for the gifted.
