Abstract

The article considers the problem of formation of professional competence of students - future music directors of preschool education institutions and teachers of music art of general secondary education institutions in the process of professional training in pedagogical colleges.

The priority direction of development of the system of vocational education is to ensure compliance with modern quality standards of training of highly educated competent teachers who are well versed in their profession, ready for continuous professional growth and competition in the market of educational services. The directions of professional training of future teachers of music art are clarified taking into account the requirements of modern world tendencies of education, which are an urgent issue of society development, which influences the formation of the value world and spiritual needs of the younger generation. It is proved that as a result of mastering theoretical and practical disciplines a graduate of a higher education institution in the specialty «Secondary education. Musical Art» must understand the aesthetic essence of musical art, acquire performing skills, master musical-historical knowledge, methods of organizing musical-cognitive activities of students, learn to understand the content, form and style of a musical work.

The purpose of the article is to highlight the content of the disciplines of the professional cycle, in the process of which the instrumental and performance training of future music directors of preschool education and music teachers of general secondary education.

The analysis of educational instrumental and performing disciplines in the structure of training of future teachers of musical art is carried out. It was found that the professional instrumental and performance qualities of the future music director and music teacher are formed in the class of the main musical instrument and accompaniment. In the process of musical-instrumental training, using musical instruments and educational and methodical literature, the student masters various techniques of the game, the ability to produce sound in individual lessons and independent practice. A number of difficulties and contradictions have been identified, which are important to resolve in the process of professional training of future teachers in the field of art.

It is proved that for effective formation of professional competence of future music teachers and music directors for educational institutions, it is important to search for the optimal content of training at the faculties of training specialists in the field of music, taking into account not only the current preschool and general secondary education. ; carry out advanced training with a focus on future education in these institutions, taking into account trends in its development; to develop artistic and creative abilities of future specialists, to help to reveal and realize the creative potential in instrumental and performing activity and on this basis to awaken need for own pedagogical formation.
