УДК 378:78:001.5 Theoretical and methodological aspects of formation of professional competence of future music teachers

The article presents a scientific and theoretical analysis of methodological approaches and principles of formation of professional competence of future music teachers. The purpose of the article is to theoretically consider the methodological approaches and principles of formation of professional competence of future music teachers. The purpose involves solving the following tasks: essential analysis of the definitions of «methodology», «methodological approach» to the formation of a competent personality of the teacher; substantiation of the main methodological approaches to the process of formation of professional competence of future specialists in the field of art.
As a result of the theoretical analysis of the problem of formation of professional competence of future music teachers the methodology of scientific and pedagogical search from the point of view of philosophy of education and actually pedagogical science is substantiated. It was found that in the modernization of vocational education, the implementation of a competency-based approach to the training of future music teachers allows: to transform the knowledge concept in education into an innovative, professionally oriented; to ensure the intellectual and cultural development of the individual, the formation of basic and subject knowledge, skills, attitudes that should be possessed by future professionals after graduating from pedagogical college; motivate the desire to organize their work to achieve a successful result; achieve readiness to assess their own professional opportunities, the ability to relate them to the needs of the labor market, to appreciate the achievements of national, European and world cultures.
A set of basic scientific approaches to the formation of professional competence of future music teachers, which are interconnected and fundamental to the presented research, namely: systemic, competence, personality-oriented, activity, polysubjective, axiological, acmeological, anthropocentric, culturological integrative. Taking into account the proposed approaches to the formation of professional competence of future music teachers will achieve the expected result, namely: the formed professional competence of future professionals, which will contribute to the creative realization of personal potential, creative implementation and implementation of innovative educational technologies in the future.
The importance of ethnopedagogical and integrative approaches to the formation of professional competence of future music teachers is outlined. It is noted that the ethnopedagogical approach is based on the use of knowledge about the images of national culture and ethnocultural dimension of the environment, ethnic symbols of the Ukrainian people.
