УДК 377.36:37.091.33:808.5 The Pedagogical Conditions of the Formation of Professionally Oriented Rhetorical Competence of Future Teachers in Pedagogical Colleges

The problem of the formation of professionally oriented rhetorical competence of future teachers in pedagogical colleges according to the requirements of modern education is actualized in the article. The definition of pedagogical conditions as a result of research of scientific and methodical literature is formulated. The pedagogical conditions of formation of rhetorical competence in the process of professional preparation of students of pedagogical colleges for professional activity as a result of the analysis of psychological and pedagogical and methodical literature and as a result of the analysis of conceptual principles of the research are determined. It is found that the theoretical and methodological basis for building a model of professionally oriented rhetorical competence of future teachers is based on scientific approaches: personality-oriented, competence, task and activity approaches. It is stated that pedagogical conditions are mutually completed each other, thus they represent a complex that creates the opportunity to achieve the result – the formation of professionally oriented rhetorical competence of future teachers in pedagogical colleges. The pedagogical conditions are defined, such as the orientation of training for the formation of students’ motivation to acquire professionally important skills and skills, the involvement of future teachers in rhetorically communicative activities during the learning of psychological and pedagogical disciplines and humanities,development and application of a set of rhetorically communicative tasks in the content of preparation of students of pedagogical colleges, continuous monitoring of the process of the formation of professionally oriented rhetorical competence of the future teachers in pedagogical colleges. The methods and forms that are effective in the process of introducing pedagogical conditions for the formation of professionally oriented rhetorical competence of future teachers are characterized.
