Abstract

The article examines the problem of forming the professional competence of future teachers in the process of professional training in higher education institutions. It is proved that the practical activity of the future teacher involves the use of psychological and pedagogical science and pedagogical experience, and the formation of professional competence of future professionals should be aimed at training competitive graduates in the labor market, capable of successful professional activity at national and world standards. communicative, organizational, moral and other tasks capable of constant professional growth, professional mobility.
It is proved that the formation of professional competence of future teachers in higher education institutions will be effectively carried out under the conditions of purposeful identifi cation and consideration of the peculiarities of their professional training, due to the specifi cs of professional activity; focus on individual motivation of professional training of future teachers, its consistency with social demands and current trends in modern education; development of appropriate pedagogical conditions and methods of formation of professional competence of future teachers in the process of professional training; creation of proper educational and methodological support of the process of professional training with the use of interactive forms and methods of teaching, which ensures its effectiveness.
The system of pedagogical conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the formation of professional competence of future teachers in the process of professional training is determined: professional and pedagogical orientation of the teaching process; use of interactive forms and methods of teaching; creation of a professionally-oriented information educational environment close to the real educational process of the school. The proposed pedagogical conditions will contribute to the effective formation of professional competence of future teachers, as they provide a comprehensive approach to the educational process as one that meets the requirements set by the state for modern higher pedagogical education.
