Use of modern information technologies in the process of training of professionals of professional pre-higher education in the conditions of distance learning

The authors identify the place of professional pre-higher education in the general education system of Ukraine, focusing on distance learning as a challenge to modern education in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. The defi nition of the concept of «modern information technologies» is offered and the main types of digital educational resources are analyzed in the article. The authors consider various software tools and online services for their development. Particular attention is paid to the formulation of requirements for educational presentations. The authors singled out the basic development tools for multimedia presentations (MS PowerPoint, Open Offi ce, Google Presentations, Prezi.com, Canva, SlideRocket, Spresent) and announced their advantages and disadvantages. To present and explain the material of the practical lesson, the authors recommend using video materials and streaming presentations developed with the help of Adobe Flash, Windows Movie Maker, Wideo, Clideo, VideoScribe and video recording programs from computer screen (OBS Studio, FlashBack Express, ApowerREC, XSplit Broadcaster, recording online conferences and others). In the article particular attention is paid to the process of assessing student achievement with the help of test designers and ready-made solutions. The authors emphasize the need to create a single digital educational environment for systematization for convenient organization of the educational process by Google Class, Microsoft Teams, Moodle, Human or by creating a website for educational purposes. As a tool proposed Wix. It provides a wide selection of layouts, adding different types of elements, built-in applications, and if desired, the ability to password protect individual pages, provide access to pre-selected categories of users or hide publications until finalized.
