Abstract

An article is devoted to discussion of problem professional training and further workplaces of higher schools postgraduates. This is very actual problem in times of renewing of propositions of modern enterprises, business firms, institutions and other places of future work of bachelors and masters. Really these are different propositions and conditions of work in Ukraine and Europe. So we decided to remember about technologies of treatments with enterprises and postgraduates that had place in soviet times. Each postgraduate must work two or three years and must get a flat for his family and financial support for transfer to a place of work. It was a technology of resolve problems of both sides – a new personal for employers and  a first work place for students youth. We propose to return to educational plans of universities different kinds of practices – educational, industrial, pedagogical and scientific. These are good forms of employers and students contacts for future collaboration. Some new professions for future bachelors and masters are represented such as crisis manager, blogger, freelancer so on. They are described several professional offers for successful work in modern changing society. As a recommendation for postgraduates it is proposed to study foreign language, to study computer professional systems and to develop driving skills for successful work and science carrier.
