УДК37.018.26 A model of preparing future teachers for pedagogical counseling

Abstract

In the article the author's model of preparing of future teachers for pedagogical counseling of subjects of educational activity is substantiated. The goals, basic scientific approaches and principles of forming the readiness of future teachers for pedagogical counseling are determined. Particular attention is paid to the components of future teachers' readiness for pedagogical counseling of subjects of educational activity. A criterion system for assessing the level of readiness of future teachers for counseling has been developed. The authors have developed a technology to prepare future teachers for pedagogical counseling on the basis of polystructure. Therefore, modeling, which is considered as a way of exploring any phenomena, processes or objects by constructing and analyzing their models, allows us to use a scientifically sound method of creating a holistic dynamic pedagogical system for preparing future teachers for pedagogical consulting of subjects of educational activity.
