Methodological principles of the information and educational environment digitization of the vocational education institution

Effective digitalization implementation of the information and educational environment (IEE) of vocational education institutions requires the definition of methodological principles for the training of developers, applicants for vocational education and teachers, while developing models and methods of teaching courses. Non-systematic implementation of IEE digitization has a negative impact on the quality, interactivity and individualization of learning, the establishment of feedback from students with teachers, and the control and accounting of educational outcomes.
Analyze the features of the information and educational environment digitalization of the vocational education institution and to substantiate the methodological principles of this process.
It is established that the IEE of vocational education institutions should provide applicants for vocational education, teachers and administration with the latest, reliable and complete information used to effectively solve emerging problems during the organization and implementation of the educational process; it has been proved that selective, fragmentary digitalization of IEE, which to some extent improves only certain indicators of the quality of the educational process and does not provide a new quality level of IEE functioning on the basis of the proposed methodological principles.
IEE digitalization of vocational education institutions should be carried out systematically, taking into account methodological approaches (system; information; technological; technological; competence; personality-oriented) and conceptual foundations of digital technologies (advanced provision of reliable, relevant, educational information, comprehensive nature of digitalization). This will allow organizing a quality innovative educational process in vocational education institutions with the provision of individualization, interactivity, inclusiveness, flexible control and accounting for learning outcomes.
