The article revealed the concept of «irresponsible fatherhood», determined that the part of modern youth focused on realization, self-actualization, self-improvement outside the family, seeks to achieve personal success and a certain level of material Welfare. The rest of the youth is the exact opposite of the previous one – the social, immoral and criminal, with alcoholic and narcotic addiction. These changes in the system of value orientation of young people have a negative impact on successful functioning of the family, increase the probability of manifestations of irresponsible attitude to the full fatherhood and insolvency to building stable relations in the family. The factors of influence of families with explicit and hidden form of unwelfare on the personality of the Child and proved communication of irresponsible attitude to fatherhood with the appearance of phenomena such as social abandonment of homelessness, teenage crime, trade Children. According to the analysis of statistical data on the manifestation of domestic violence, social (the prevalence of tensions, conflict in society, MEDIA violence, online network as a behavioral model, insufficient understanding of society the concept of «Violence» as a social problem, lack of understanding of the consequences of violence for the individual and society; Attitudes to violence as intеrfamily problems rather than negative social phenomena, etc.), economic (material difficulties, economic dependence, unemployment, etc.), psychological (behavioral stereotypes, Violence, etc.), pedagogical (insufficient level of legal, moral, behavior; low pedagogical literacy of parents, etc.), socio-pedagogical (unpreparedness for the birth and upbringing of children, low level of Family values in society, insufficient propaganda of the positive model of family life on the principles of respect, responsibility, support, assistance; Family education on the basis of the rights of the Child, etc.), legal (inefficiency legal framework for the protection of citizens ' rights from violence, especially children, etc.), political (hidden gender inequality in society and family, imperfect policy States on family issues, the lack of an effective preventive system in Ukraine, etc.) and socio-medical (lack of sexual culture in the population and planning the birth of children, responsible fatherhood; social and dependent behavior, etc.) Problems. The conditions of organization of scientific and methodological work with mastering pedagogical staff of psychological-pedagogical knowledge on preparation of pupils and students to marital-family relations and directions of interaction of teachers with parents are defined.
