Abstract

The article highlights innovative approaches to the cultural direction of artistic training of students of higher education. The requirements for the training of a new generation of competitive, goal-oriented, creative specialists in the field of music pedagogy are considered. The experience of music teachers who enriched world and domestic musical and pedagogical thought, contributed to the development of new concepts and approaches of mass musical education, the formation of artistic and aesthetic interests and needs of gifted youth was analyzed. The scientific views of modern pedagogues regarding the quality training of higher education seekers in the process of reforming the system of professional education and implementing the concept of the New Ukrainian School are substantiated. The necessity of purposeful use of the game in working with students, which has great pedagogical potential and creates an atmosphere of mental comfort to the greatest extent, has been studied. The author analyzed the types of games, the classification of musical games that can be used in the educational process. The musical and game activity of younger schoolchildren is considered as an educational phenomenon, as a means of strengthening the child’s socialization in the process of expedient inclusion of it in a voluntary, artistically directed, multiculturally equipped collective interaction. The promising directions of innovative training of higher education students for the organization of musical and acting activities are characterized, which are interpreted as specially created pedagogical conditions necessary to ensure the effectiveness of professional training. The scientist proposed to study at the bachelor’s degree the special course "Practicum on the organization of musical and game activities in the educational process of NUS", characterized the stages of artistic training of students of higher education, highlighted the promising directions of innovative training of future primary school teachers using author’s game techniques, multimedia technologies, the Internet, graphic, video-image, music-game projects, the content and structure of the game matrix are described, examples of the thematically integrated approach to the use of music games in the educational process of the New Ukrainian School are offered.
