Abstract

The article deals with the problem of professional training of students of the first educational level "Bachelor" in the pedagogical college. The authors emphasized that the problem of forming positive motivation for the educational activities of bachelors is extremely acute and requires an active solution.

The purpose of the article is to analyze the professional training of those who obtained the first level of education "Bachelor" at KZVO "Barsk Humanitarian and Pedagogical College named after Mykhailo Hrushevskyi", as well as to clarify the peculiarities of the formation of students' learning motivation and to determine ways to improve the effectiveness of forming positive educational and scientific motivation in them research activity.

It has been proven that a detailed study of the problem of the motivation of education seekers in the conditions of institutions of professional pre-higher and higher education, in particular, colleges, deserves special attention because, as practical experience shows, the problems of education and training of modern students in a pedagogical college are significantly connected with their age characteristics. it is important to take into account the objective processes that are taking place today in our country and directly affect the formation and formation of the student's personality. The authors draw attention to the state of psychological stress and anxiety of education seekers, caused by military actions in our country, against the background of which there is fear for the future, anxiety for parents and relatives who are currently in active combat zones. Uncertainty in one's own future also leads to uncertainty, confusion, and loss of life priorities.

It was concluded that the professional training of modern education seekers of the first educational level "Bachelor" within the boundaries of pedagogical colleges involves the improvement of educational and methodological activities and the activation of the scientific potential of scientific and pedagogical workers, further involvement of students in participation in all-Ukrainian and international conferences, seminars, trainings, competitions , festivals; strengthening the motivational component of students' educational activities, revealing the creative potential of each student.

The experience of professional training of the first educational level "Bachelor" by the scientific and pedagogical workers of the Communal institution of higher education "Barsk Humanitarian and Pedagogical College named after Mykhailo Hrushevskyi" is described, the activities of scientific and pedagogical workers and students of the Humanities and Pedagogical Faculty are analyzed.
