УДК 378:37.014.5 Organization and functioning of the quality assurance system of higher education in Ukraine

Abstract

The article examines the quality assurance system of higher education, the creation of which is envisaged by Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine «On Higher Education». The processes and mechanisms of interaction of individual components of the system are analyzed, the importance of starting the activity of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education as a key factor in completing the construction of the Quality System and the organization of its effective functioning is emphasized.

Since 2019, a system for ensuring the quality of higher education and all its components: internal and external quality assurance of the educational process and the quality of higher education, ensuring the activity of NAQA, as stipulated by the Law, began to function in the higher school of Ukraine.
