УДК 378.147 The role of ICT in shaping the professional competence of participants in the educational process

Abstract

The article examines the professional competence of teachers, which gives an opportunity to assess the quality of teaching and learning of students. The general tendencies and regularities of educational development substantiate the benefits of electronic document control of knowledge control. The methodology is aimed at solving specific problems, taking into account the purpose of scientific research. The methodological basis is theoretical and practical research of specialists in the field of pedagogy, psychology, computer-aided learning. Theoretical methods: analysis of pedagogical, psychological, educational-methodical, literature on this problem; comparison, systematization, generalization of existing theoretical positions and methods; study of teachers' experience in the department of vocational education and computer technologies at Lutsk NTU. The use of electronic resources makes the solution to the problem of modernization of modern domestic education with constant updating of knowledge; Advantages and disadvantages, in particular, psychological and "computer" unpreparedness of teachers are analyzed. This is due to the traditional teaching methodology, it involves not verbal but verbal communication between the student and the teacher. The following advantages of information technologies in the course of training are noted, as: increase of speed of transfer of information and knowledge, training with the purpose of empowerment of students), increase of learning efficiency, interest in it as a whole; improving the quality of the educational process by activating the creative potential of participants in the educational process. The practical significance of the results of the study is conditioned by the use of new approaches to understanding the assessment of the employee's business qualities in accordance with the reforms carried out in our country.
