УДК 37.034 Pedagogical projecting of moral qualities in the students by coach-teacher

The article presents the results of consideration of the readiness of coaches-instructors to form the moral qualities of students. Based on the analysis of educational documentation, syllabuses and perspective planning of the trainer-teacher, insufficient use of educational opportunities of sports-training activities for the formation of students‟ moral qualities was established: the educational process is carried out sporadically, there is no clear methodology of work. The experience of coaching work and analysis of pedagogical practice of educational work in specialized educational institutions of sports profile prove the effectiveness of pedagogical design of the results of moral education of students. The stages of the studied process (formulation of the purpose and expected result, specification of educational goals and tasks, to select effective methodological tools for the formation of students‟ moral qualities, to design the actions of subjects of educational influence on the personality of the student) are considered, taking into account the students‟ age abilities and education in specialized sports profile educational institutions. Priorities are: 1) formation of the emotional-empathic component of personality morality; needs to be aware of their feelings, development of emotional intelligence; accumulation of emotional-sensory experience; 2) formation of the cognitive-axiological component of student morale; developing an ethical model of behavior and forming a desire to imitate it; 3) formation of the need-motivational component of morality; ethical need and moral stance; 4) formation of practical and activity component of student morale; development of moral and spiritual skills and habits of moral act activity. The prospects of applying the experience of pedagogical design in the work of a trainer-teacher with the projection of forming a successful athlete are determined. It is proved that the trainer-teacher should build the educational process in specialized educational institutions of sports profile in the context of integrated approach: when it contains not only moral knowledge, but also the skills necessary for understanding the motives of his behavior and environment, assessment of life situations, activities in accordance with accepted values.
