УДК 001.891:37.091.313 Dinamics of formation of the activity component of the research competence of the teacher-researcher

The article presents the results of the evaluation of the activity criterion developed by the author of the model, which was to determine the level of importance of research activities in the scientific and pedagogical school for the formation and development of a number of skills. The studied categories of teachers-researchers had to assess the level of formation of a skill available during their studies in a higher education institution in comparison with the level they acquired after some time working on research. The assessment was formed on the basis of self-analysis of respondents' acquisition of skills, in particular: to select psychological and pedagogical literature in accordance with the research topic; to formulate the purpose and tasks of research activity at various stages of experiment (ascertaining, formative, control) and to develop programs of these stages; select research methods and develop diagnostic methods (tests, questionnaires, etc.); assess the adequacy of the content to the objectives of the research program and analyze the results of the experiment; communicate with research objects; to present to the scientific community the results of research in the form of: articles, reports, abstracts, presentations, etc.; identify the problem of research in a real situation and design a program for its study. In addition, the article defines the concepts, mainly author, used by the researcher in the article: teacher-researcher, personality development, professional development of personality, professional and creative development of personality of teacher-researcher and research competence of teacher-researcher.
