УДК 378.147.091.313 Modern tendencies of transformation of teaching methods in the educational process of higher education institutions of Ukraine

Abstract

The article considers the problems of using innovative and traditional teaching methods in higher education institutions in order to adapt the educational process to modern requirements of training specialists in the labour market. Historical and pedagogical approaches to their classifi cation on different grounds are analysed. The characteristics of the content, innovative teaching methods as the basis for achieving didactic goals, which are solved in the process of professional training, are revealed. The necessity of acquiring competencies to apply information and communication technologies, Internet resources in educational activities by teachers and applicants for higher education to increase competitiveness in the labour market is substantiated.

Some electronic learning management systems are presented, which provide opportunities for teachers and students to work together in a smart environment to improve the quality of education.
