СИЛАБУС ЯК РЕАЛІЗАЦІЯ ПРАВА ЗДОБУВАЧА ОСВІТИ НА ІНФОРМАЦІЮ ПРО ОСВІТНІЙ КОМПОНЕНТ

Анотація

У статті розглядається проблема впровадження силабусів освітніх компонентів (навчальних дисциплін) у закладах вищої, фахової передвищої освіти, визначення їх структури і змісту. Актуалізовано значення силабусів для особистого вибору освітніх компонентів здобувачами освіти з метою формування їхнього індивідуального навчального плану. Виділені загальні принципи створення силабусів: відповідність чинним стандартам, стислість, зрозумілість, змістовність, зовнішня привабливість оформлення, доступність для здобувача освіти. Окреслено доцільні структурні компоненти силабусів: опис освітнього компонента, анотація дисципліни, мета, очікувані результати, тематика дисципліни, система оцінювання, перелік літератури та інформаційних ресурсів.

The transition to a unified European system of enrollment of applicant’s educational achievements is recognized as a mechanism of a pan-European educational space formation. It makes possible to ensure the international recognition of national educational programs, mobility of applicants and teachers, to improve the quality of education. In view of this, the basic regulatory framework of the educational system is changing, and new requirements are being put forward for the educational and methodological support of the educational process. In the context of credit based modular learning, each teacher is obliged to create a complex of educational and methodological materials, as well as syllabuses of educational components (educational disciplines) for applicants. In order to form an individual educational plan, the applicant should be lucidly and clearly informed about the educational component for his personal preference in accordance with the normative educational documents in the system of higher and professional pre-higher education. In the article, the syllabus is interpreted as a concise description of the educational component (discipline: normative, selective), which is designed and provided for the applicants to explain the content of the discipline, learning outcomes, requirements for the acquisition of relevant competencies. Because of its concise, thoroughness, accessibility syllabus is the most effective form of informing the applicants about the educational component. The structure of the syllabus is not static but its components should fully meet the requirements of the content of the educational component, however it should be easy-going as for understanding by the applicant. Syllabus is a part of the educational support of the discipline.
