Abstract

Ukraine into the world community is a strategic task at the present stage of development. Exit to the world educational space creates new requirements for education in general, and the quality of professional education in particular, in turn, requires signifi cant changes in the pedagogical theory and practice of the educational process. In our opinion, the issue of the quality of the educational process in modern conditions, especially in the technical and agrarian assembly in terms of vocational and pedagogical component of educational programs and curricula, and prospects for improving the quality of education in technical and agrarian mall are investigated.
Methodology. Education institutions are designed to respect social order to meet the demand for highly skilled workers. The effectiveness of this activity of educational institution is demonstrated by the level of education and the competence of its graduates.
Goal. Justifi cation of opportunities and attractiveness of selective disciplines, capacities of formation of their content and implementation methods in the technical and agrarian university with the help of created catalogs of annotations based on a competent approach.

Result. Mastering the most important professional skills is an important task of modern pedagogical theory and practice. Analysis of existing and predicted key competencies allows you to identify individual educational strategies, to select relevant learning technologies and determine the mechanisms of internal and external assessment of students. In this approach, the result of learning is a complex or set of key competencies refl ecting personal and professional development.
Conclusions. The ideal result of modern education should be a competent specialist, and the real result is the creation of conditions for achieving the goal in education, such as: the material and technical base with the use of modern educational and laboratory equipment and didactic literature, skilled personnel, teaching information and innovative technologies. Practical training in accordance with modern production technologies and, of course, ensuring the participation of employers and other social partners in solving professional education problems, including the development of standards that meet modern qualifi cations requirements, creating an order for training specialists.
