We point out that electronic equipment is used when learning foreign languages, which plays a signifi cant role in the process of learning. Indeed, laptops, smartphones, electronic text translators are very useful when used properly. The advantage of this form of assistance is quick and wide access to many dictionaries, the disadvantage is the departure from the classical methods of philological work.
We empathize that innovative methods are the most promising, as they help to optimize and intensify the learning process. Therefore, it is used during the study of such subjects as «Regional Geography» and TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test). The method of working in small groups, designed to develop skills of teamwork and constructive interaction with colleagues, is widely used when studying of foreign languages by students – future foreign philologists in Vinnitsa Humanities Teachers’ Training College. the learning outcomes while using these methods show students should be offered innovative teaching methods.
