Abstract

The article deals with the problems of formation of professional competence of future music teachers in the process of professional training in a pedagogical college. The attention is focused on defining and substantiating pedagogical conditions of formation of professional competence of future specialists. The necessity of creating such pedagogical conditions that would contribute to the effective formation of the professional competence of future music teachers in the process of professional training in the pedagogical college is proved. This is demanded by innovative approaches to the organization of the modern domestic educational space as a whole and the higher education system in particular, the urgent need to form a new generation of competitive, focused, creative, responsible specialists in the field of pedagogy (music pedagogy).

The purpose of the article is to substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of future music teachers in the process of professional training in a pedagogical college. The objectives of the article are to analyze the educational process of the Teachers College; defining the peculiarities of professional training of students of the specialty «Musical Arts», the identification of factors that effectively influence the formation of professional competence of future music teachers.

Among the pedagogical conditions that will contribute to the formation of professional competence of future music teachers are: development of educational and methodological support for the purpose of development of motivational-value orientations and personal qualities of students - future music teachers; using as a basic methodical principle the polysubjective approach, which consists in understanding the personality of the student, the level of his musical and personal development; modernization of the educational process in the pedagogical college in the context of ethno-cultural influence on the personality of the future music teacher to shape his professional competence.

All offered pedagogical conditions will contribute to the effective formation of the professional competence of future music teachers, as they provide a comprehensive approach to the educational process as such that meets the requirements set by the state for modern higher education.

The result of such training will be a fully-fledged specialist, future music teacher.
