УДК 378.8 Career advisor as an Innovation in building a person's professional perspective

The article presents the consideration of the problem of introducing the institute of a career adviser in various spheres of public life as a specialist in the field of professional orientation, self-determination of a person, building a successful professional career, and the formation of a career competence of a person. The analysis was carried out on the basis of studying the Slovak positive experience in training career consultants as specialists in building and developing adult careers. Attention is focused on the system of training these specialists in institutions of higher education within the specialty "Andragogy". The necessity of taking into account foreign positive experience for the development of an effective domestic system of career advisers is substantiated. The provision on the need to attract such specialists to the process of forming a career competence of a person at a young age, during the period of training at an institution of vocational (vocational), professional to higher education is motivated. The advantages of the social synergy of introducing the institute of career counselor for employers (get a career-conscious specialist), employment centers (service consumers will be conscious job seekers focused on career growth and professional identity), educational institutions (professionally motivated young people will become pupils / students) , with clear ideas about their professional future) and educational applicants (who will take into account their professional inclinations , to know about the possibility of successfully building a professional career and to focus on current needs of the labor market).
