Abstract

The purpose of the suggested article is to outline the problem of modelling the professional activity of the future HEE specialists on the basis of the scientific ideas.

The author refers to different approaches to defining the concept of «modelling», defines the basic modelling principles (systematicity, accessibility, consistency; the completeness of the developed model; the connection of the vocational-theoretical and professional-practical training; the tasks typology; the reproduction of the subject and social content of professional activity; taking into account the common mistakes; choosing the appropriate forms, methods and techniques for solving problems); aspects of their application in pedagogy (epistemological, general methodological, psychological).

Different approaches were used to the definition of the term «model» as one of the basic concepts in the theory and practice of modelling objects, processes and phenomena and its components; the substantive characteristics, conceptual foundations of the personality of the model of the HEI specialist were regarded.

The focus was made on the models of the specialist training offered by the modern science in the social sphere (hierarchical, collective and developmental) and management theories (phenomenological (data models), deductive (systemic), imitative (sandwich models)).

Summarizing the scientific opinions, it is stated that the model of the HEE specialist is a document that is developed in the HEI for each specialty and reflects the competence of the HEI specialist, as well as forms the ability to carry out educational activities in the HEI.
